Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping with our store and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Yep, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to.
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points can be used to get a discount on all 38TERA purchases, including subscriptions. Once you earn points, hit “Apply points” to apply a discount to your current month’s subscription.
All purchases made on the 38TERA website count for points. Easy peasy.
Nope. There are ways to earn points through loyalty activities and achievements. For example, points are awarded for following us on social media, signing up for SMS, voting in polls or writing a review. You can get substantial rewards by referring 38TERA to your friends.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!
All members who have provided their birthday information will receive their birthday gift via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
From the rewards chart above, you’ll receive the milestone benefit with the same order as what you’re due to receive that month.
When you pause your subscription, you’ll hold on the existing milestone. If you continue then you’ll restart progressing alone the milestone rewards. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll be reset to Day 0 of milestone rewards if you restart.
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
No. You may apply your earned loyalty points to any purchase. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if applicable.
