01 — Getting Started

Your daily ritual,
backed by science

Each serving of DMN™ is 5.6 grams — approximately 2 teaspoons. This amount was chosen because it matches the exact doses of Solnul® (resistant starch from potatoes) and Actazin® (fiber and bioactives from kiwifruit) proven effective in human clinical trials.

Consistency is what counts most. The science supports 5.6g daily, but your ideal routine may vary slightly. DMN™ works best as part of your daily gut ritual.

Serving Size

5.6g
≈ 2 teaspoons  ·  mirrors clinical trial doses

Every batch is

  • Third-party tested for purity, potency, and safety
  • NSF Certified for Sport® — the highest standard for clean supplementation
  • Certified Low FODMAP — designed to be gentle on sensitive guts
  • Free from added sugars and artificial sweeteners
02 — Timing

When is the best time
to take DMN™?

DMN™ is highly flexible — effective whether it's part of your morning ritual, a midday addition, or an evening routine. It can be taken any time of day, with or without meals, even on an empty stomach. Mix it with water, juice, a smoothie, yogurt, or kefir.

The most important thing is that it's taken. The full benefits of DMN™ are unlocked with daily, consistent use.

Morning

Before Breakfast

Ideal for establishing a regular bowel rhythm. The recommended first approach for constipation — allow 5 days to take effect.

Midday

30 Min Before Lunch

Optimises satiety for both lunch and dinner. Best timing for appetite control and blood sugar management.

Pre-Exercise

60 Min Before Training

Polyphenols in DMN™ have been shown to enhance recovery and reduce post-exercise soreness.

03 — What to Expect

How you should expect
to feel

We're all different, and how we respond depends on our starting point and individual biology. Here are the four areas where DMN™ most commonly makes itself known.

Appetite

Usually the first change. DMN™ may give you an enhanced sense of fullness for hours after consumption.

Regularity

Fiber supports both diarrhea and constipation — nudging toward soft but formed, with more regular frequency.

Energy

Improvements in energy may reflect a healing gut barrier and reduced systemic inflammation over time.

Gut Comfort

As your microbiome adapts, existing gut symptoms may gradually improve with consistent daily use.

If you're already well with no gut symptoms, DMN™ is your daily support system — conditioning your gut microbes whether you notice it immediately or not. Give it a full month before assessing your response.

04 — Dosing

Start low.
Go slow.

Benefits are experienced over weeks and months of consistent use — not after a single serve. If you have no history of gut issues, starting with the full 5.6g dose is appropriate. If your gut is sensitive, a slower ramp may serve you better.

Week 1

½ teaspoon
Week 2

1 teaspoon
Week 3

1½ teaspoons
Week 4

2 teaspoons

Progress faster if you're feeling good. Reduce if you're not. There are no rules — only what works for your body.

05 — Bloating

Is it normal to
experience bloating?

Actually — yes. When you consume prebiotic fiber or resistant starch, your gut bacteria use specialised enzymes to ferment those carbohydrates. This is how they produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) — the most important anti-inflammatory compounds your gut makes. Gas is a natural by-product of that fermentation.

"The SCFAs have many health benefits — anti-inflammatory, immunoregulatory, anti-obesity, antidiabetes, anticancer, cardiovascular preventive, hepatoprotective, and neuroprotective."
Scientific literature on short-chain fatty acids

DMN™ is Low FODMAP certified — engineered to deliver robust prebiotic benefit with less gas production. Importantly, SCFA production is not proportional to gas production. You should not be disappointed if you don't feel bloated.

If you do feel bloated, it means your gut microbes are working. Like training a muscle, your gut adapts and grows more efficient with repeated use.

If you experience bloating

Reduce the dose to an amount you can comfortably tolerate. Consistent daily use matters more than hitting the full serve. Try taking DMN™ warm while your gut adjusts.

Common underlying causes

Active constipation, gut dysbiosis, SIBO, histamine intolerance, or FODMAP sensitivity when combined with other sources. Worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

06 — What to Avoid

Three things to avoid
when taking DMN™

None of these will cause harm — but they'll reduce the quality and effectiveness of your product. Keep these in mind to experience the full benefit.

Avoid Heating

Heat may alter the resistant starch structure, making it less effective as a prebiotic substrate for your gut bacteria.

Don't Blend

Blending can break down the complex carbohydrates, altering their prebiotic effects. Stir gently or swish and sip instead.

Avoid Carbonated Drinks

Carbonated drinks don't mix well with DMN™ — the mixture becomes very fizzy and the experience just isn't great.

07 — Health Conditions

DMN™ and your health

The guidance below is designed to support an informed conversation with your healthcare provider. This is not medical advice — always consult your provider about your personal situation.

Constipation

DMN™ is your ally in keeping bowels moving — but it is not a laxative. If you are actively constipated when you start, expect some bloating. That's the constipation, not the product.

For mild constipation, DMN™ alone may get the job done. For moderate to severe constipation, address the constipation first (potentially with magnesium under your provider's guidance), then add DMN™ to maintain regularity.

Timing strategy: Take DMN™ in the morning before breakfast for 5 days. If there's no movement, switch to before bedtime. Give it time — establishing a bowel rhythm takes days, not hours.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Research (PMID: 25070054) indicates fiber supplements are beneficial in IBS treatment. People with IBS may benefit from reduced gut symptoms, better stool form, and support of beneficial bacteria including Akkermansia, Bifidobacteria, and Faecalibacterium.

DMN™ is Certified Low FODMAP. Due to higher gut sensitivity in IBS, start with a dose you can tolerate without symptoms and increase slowly over several weeks.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn's / Ulcerative Colitis)

Evidence (PMID: 33167889) suggests resistant starch may provide clinical benefit in IBD. DMN™ may help address dysbiosis by supporting beneficial gut bacteria and promoting healthy bowel movements.

Due to visceral hypersensitivity in IBD, start with a very low dose and increase gradually over weeks. The Low FODMAP certification means DMN™ was designed with a gentler gas profile.

SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth)

Rebuilding a healthy gut microbiome is a key part of SIBO recovery. Research (PMID: 31043597) found fiber protects against symptoms and small intestine dysbiosis. DMN™ is low FODMAP and designed to be gentle and less gas-producing.

Start with a lower dose and increase slowly. If underlying constipation is present, address that first under your healthcare provider's guidance before adding DMN™.

Acid Reflux / GERD

Research suggests fiber supplements can be beneficial for acid reflux (PMID: 29881238; 31043918). Fiber intake is associated with protective changes in the esophageal microbiome — one study noted the inverse association between dietary fiber and gram-negative bacterial prevalence may reduce inflammation-mediated esophageal disease.

Histamine Intolerance

DMN™ contains Solnul®, shown in a clinical trial to lower blood histamine levels by repairing the gut barrier — but this is a long-term benefit that builds over time.

When starting with histamine intolerance, a full dose may trigger symptoms. Start extremely low — even every other day initially — and increase very gradually. At least 4 weeks of consistent use are required for DMN™ to work in this context.

Weight Management and Appetite Control

Fiber and resistant starch are known to stimulate the release of satiety hormones GLP-1, Peptide YY, and leptin (PMID: 34538033).

Timing: Take in the late morning, 30 minutes before lunch. This provides satiety benefit for both lunch and dinner. Or split the dose — 1 teaspoon before lunch, 1 teaspoon before dinner.

Blood Sugar Management

Fiber and resistant starch help with blood sugar control at mealtimes (PMID: 36496742; 31227583; 33162192). Resistant starch has been shown to lower blood sugar, reduce insulin release, and improve fasting blood sugar levels (PMID: 37051127).

Timing: Take DMN™ with meals. Consider splitting the dose — 1 teaspoon with lunch, 1 teaspoon with dinner.

08 — FAQs

Common questions,
answered

Does DMN™ break a fast?

DMN™ has no added sugar, less than 1 gram of naturally occurring sugar, and is keto-friendly — your body will remain in a metabolically fasted state. It is preferred to wait at least 12 hours after your last meal before using DMN™, as your gut microbes benefit from rest time too. DMN™ can also help extend a fast, as it is satiating without breaking ketosis.

Does DMN™ need to fully dissolve?

DMN™ is not meant to fully dissolve, and that's completely normal. Nearly all ingredients dissolve quickly without stirring, but the resistant starch is a fine powder that will sit at the bottom of your glass. A quick swish and sip is all you need — no heavy stirring required.

How long before I notice a difference?

Clinical trials showed benefits after 4 weeks of regular use. That said, changes in satiety, energy, or bowel movements commonly occur within a few days. Four weeks of consistent daily use is the minimum recommended period to properly assess your response. Some benefits continue to develop beyond the one-month mark.

Will I need to take DMN™ indefinitely?

Your gut is constantly conditioned by what you eat. DMN™ feeds specific microbes daily — progressively strengthening their representation in your microbiome. If you stop, your microbiome will be shaped by the rest of your diet and the changes will fade over time. Think of it as ongoing maintenance, not a course of treatment.

How many calories are in a serve?

Each serving of DMN™ contains 18 calories.

Is DMN™ gluten-free?

DMN™ does not include gluten-containing ingredients and third-party testing confirmed no detectable gluten contamination. It is not currently certified as gluten-free. Those with coeliac disease should consult their healthcare provider.

Can I split the daily dose?

Absolutely. Splitting the dose is a useful strategy — especially early on for sensitive guts, or for blood sugar management when taken before both lunch and dinner.

Is DMN™ safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

DMN™ has not been tested during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. It is best to consult with your obstetrician or healthcare provider about use in this context given your specific health history.

I had a bad reaction — what should I do?
