    Great Taste

    I drink a glass of water each morning regardless. Adding 38Terra gave my glass of water a refreshing strawberry flavor! I believe my gut is in better health, I'm regular and I feel good.

    DMN completely solved my chronic constipation problem

    I have constipation over pretty much all my life, and this problem was getting even worse as I’m getting older now at 85. Been trying not using many laxatives as much as I could, being aware of their dependency problems.

    Early this year I joined Dr B website and followed his advice of taking high doses of Magnesium Oxide to get my bowel moving.

    After achieving a regular daily bowel for a couple of weeks, I started taking DMN 38 Terra daily and was able to reduce my MgO dose (from 3 down to 1 tablet 500mg).

    Now, I’m very happy to report that I have a perfect regular daily bowel by taking a combination of 1 spoonful of DMN and just 1 tablet of RCE.

    I have to add that I have also followed many of Dr B advices such as adopting a high fiber diet with more fermented foods, early morning walks, etc…

    Thank you very much Dr B for helping solve many of my big health issues.

    Worth the investment

    Daily Microbiome is worth the investment. Taken consistently, my gut has become less reactive and constipation resolved. I can tell when I have not taken it.
