The pills are easy to take with no aftertaste. I recently started with 1 pill at lunch with noted relief and plan on adding a pill to supper. I can tell there is a difference when I do not take a pill before each meal. Looking forward to see how I feel with longer use. It is nice not to be as bloated!

I love this!!! It helps so much with bloating and gas. It’s a really unique looking capsule within a capsule. I also really enjoy the peppermint oil after taste. I have really bad acid reflux and the peppermint feels soothing on my esophagus. Also helps prevent horrible fish oil burps. This supplement will be one I carry in my purse at all times from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got this product in the mail. I use DMN and RCE daily and it’s been helping with some of my gut issues. I took BDR and within less than an hour, my bloating was relieved! Wow. I mean wow! I now take this daily as well. I’m regular AND my bloating is so much better now! Hopefully it will be available to order soon!
